Free local delivery is meant to remove friction—not create mystery. Here is how delivery works at PureCare Pharmacy so you know what to expect before your next refill.
Who delivery helps most

- Caregivers coordinating a parent’s refills
- Anyone recovering at home or short on transportation
- People on refrigerated therapies who want fewer heat-exposure risks in transit
How to request delivery
- Make sure we have a current address and best phone number
- Ask for delivery when you refill by phone, in person, or through your usual refill process
- Tell us about gate codes, preferred time windows, or safe-handing instructions
- Be available for handoff when possible—especially for signatures or refrigerated items
Timing and communication
Delivery timing depends on route volume and preparation time. If you are completely out of a critical medicine, tell us immediately so we can prioritize counseling and dispatch options.
Refrigerated and specialty handling
Cold-chain medicines need a plan. We coordinate packaging and timing so products are not left in heat. If you will not be home, arrange an alternate receiver in advance.
What delivery does not replace
You should still receive counseling for new therapies. Ask questions by phone if you are not coming in. Delivery is logistics support—your medication safety review still matters.
